Grounding (2 minutes)
Before you begin:
- Take one slow breath in through your nose
- Long exhale through the mouth
- Let your shoulders drop

“What season am I actually in right now?”
(Not the one you think you should be in.)
Write one sentence:
Right now, I am in a season of…
Integration Check-In (linking back to previous days)
Reflect briefly on what you’ve already explored:
- Wanting: What is the thing I’m exploring right now (goal, desire, change, experiment)?
- Neutrality: Do I believe this thing will complete me — or am I exploring it from a place of already-enough?
- Space & Savoring: Where have I already slowed down or softened my pace this week?
